Planning your Year-End Campaign?

In this multi-session interactive series, I’ll guide you through the essential components of a successful year-end campaign. From idea to execution, let’s kickstart your year-end campaign!
Here is what you can expect:
Small group size per session, with no more than 15 people in each.
Workplans, templates, and other assets.
In session, we will: Identify the fundamentals to get started (vision, message, budget, key collaborators, etc.), review the importance of a year-end campaign, finalize your outline and workplan, and execute your plan with manageable next steps. The first session will be 90 minutes with the remaining three at 60 minutes.
Who is this series for?
While this is beneficial for all development pros, it is more geared towards smaller and growing shops, departments of 1, and the multiple hat-wearers. I see you, and I know how hard you are working! My objective here is that with some planning, structure, and guidance, you can create a successful year-end campaign with the resources you have available. Let’s do this!
